Yeah i guess thats what im aiming for - to get a slightly cleaner sound when i roll down the volume. At the moment im using neck pickup on like ~2-3, just at that point at which the noise gte doesnt completely destroy the sound. I like the thickness of the sound, i just want it slightly cleaner...

Roger that. One thing im really confused about, is that my guitar has the capacitor connected to the tone pot 1st connector and to the ground..and if i check the Tremonti wiring diagram on prs website, it shows the capacitors connected between volume 1st connector and tone 2nd connector. So uh...

Sorry to bump up this thread again, but i wanted to ask, is it normal that the pickup selector is very stiff? I dont have much experience with guitars, but i dont remember any guitars that i've tried have switch this stiff and hard to flip

I bought from Thomann, which is one of the biggest and respected music shops in Europe, so i trust what they're doing. Magically, most of the fretbuzz went away after 1 day, so i realized i don't understand anything anymore.
