I am in the process of some renovation and have a couple of custom 24s
Woukd stacking these on top of each other in their cases with an aucostic on top cause damage to the guitar at the bottom
I have read some comments that guitars should not be stored horizontaly. The custom 24 cases seem...
the reason i ask is that these were in demand in the Uk at the beginning of the year and i was on a waiting list to get one. Now though they are being sold for £150 off the retail price at a number of uk online stores. Is there a maple version due out as i was not expecting to see these being...
i also note that the necks seem different on the SE range - wide fat compared to patern on the core range
is there much difference - my core custom 24's have a pattern regular neck
I own a couple of Core models ie Custom 24's and own a S2 model and to be honest apart from a slight aesthetic difference they play and sound the same to me. In fact a rather the S2 24 i have over one of my custom 24's

my go to dealer has 2 of these in stock - one is 6 pound 2 1/4 ounces - the other is 6 pound 7 1/2 ounces
just wondering why the difference in weight
which one would you go with - they have pictures of the 2 in stock
i like the blue version...

I managed to pick up a new A50E from a guitar dealer in the UK at a great price. Its been through the PRS standard check over ie the tag has been ticked to show that its been checked out. It looks lovely and sounds lovely and is surprisingly similar in feel (neck wise) to my custom 24 ie very...
really starting to gel with it now. I love the 85/15 pickups. it covers a lot of bases. have it set up now with a nice low action. still getting used to the 10 strings although it does feel with 10s quite similar to my strat with 9s.
I was think of taking the gauge down to 9.5 but i spent the...
