Is there really such a thing? I have the S2 McCarty 594 and S2 Custom 24 and they are great guitars. In. my opinion a good bang for the buck. If the house was on fire and I could save only 1 it would be the McCarty though.

Just checking back in to let everyone know that in a selfless act of kindness I rescued another PRS guitar. Couldn’t stand the thought of it just sitting there in some Sweetwater warehouse. Now my 594 has a sibling.

Townsend actually helped create the band Thunderclap Newman and played bass in their studio recordings. He is extremely talented and under appreciated in my opinion.
