funny, just the other day I re-evaluated my setup. When I first got the guitar I couldn't hang with the factory height, I had to lower it. But then the other day I started thinking about the tone/sustain vs day one and I felt something wasn't right so raised it a little and am much happier now...

I believe it's still the same pattern thin profile on the back side, only difference is the fretboard radius which didn't really take any getting used to for me. It felt pretty normal right off the bat.

The guitar is fantastic! It is now my main axe. It so extremely versatile that I find little reason to pick up any of my other guitars at the moment for what I've been playing. The feel of the neck is outstanding! So much comfort and fluidity and the 20" radius plays so nice! Damn thing near...

When recently working on my old Ibanez musician, I used a DA polisher on it to clear up the surface a little...brought back that showroom sheen. That is, if I could see past all the knicks and dents that no amount of polishing could remove. this is not relevant...I'm just bored at work.
