I have that very Tusq nut on my Tremonti SE and it (along with locking tuners) has improved the tuning stability a bazillion percent. (that probably isnt a real number but it shows what i mean!)

I think they come set up for 10's but what gauge are you most comfortable playing is more important

No the cavity for the tremolo. if you drill from that to the bridge pickup cavity you can route the wire through there. drilling from either rear cavity to another is hard as tits and you can really mess it up

You could drill a hole from the rear cavity to the bridge pickup cavity and run the wire through there

It's double standards though. How is this any different to showing off guitars in the other thread that was closed for doing exactly that? blue/black/pink/yellow etc it doesn't matter. How am I supposed to adhere to rules and be respectful of them if they are so obviously ignored elsewhere on...

Just a curiosity and not a dig or anything but why are we allowed to show off guitars that aren't PRS in this thread but not in that one that was closed recently?

The challenge for today has been an old Racer X track called "Scarified". A real finger breaker.

Check your intonation or get it checked. I had a very similar issue that turned out to be a string too short causing a sharp note even when tuned properly.
