I love my 594 so much! I've just recorded a dead honest, long term review with some talking, playing and whisky drinking. It's a Copperhead Burst Wood Library version. All pros and cons.Top to the bottom, checking all parts. The amplifier is a Mesa Boogie Mark 1 King Snake! Check it out:
Settings are:
Gain 1: 7
Gain 2: 7
Treble: 5
Middle: 10
Bass: 5
Presence: 75%
Reverb: 25%
Did you like it?
Thanks for all the great comments guys! This rig sounds much better in live situation though!
Hey Guys, check my video about the live rig what I use for a Santana Tribute Band...PRS 594 Wood Library + Mesa King Snake and Mark 1 :-) I think it's a badass live rig! Hope you like the sound:
I've also recorded a before / after or with or without treble bleed circuit video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QkqmMlkpxo
Put your headphones on and check the difference that this clever circuit causes as I turn down the volume on the guitar! Let me know how do you like it!
What a great Christmas day: I've just installed a treble bleed kit (1 x Sprague Orange Drop Capacitor – 0.001 uf 1 x pre-soldered 130k resistor) to my PRS McCarty 594! I've also recorded a before / after or with or without treble bleed circuit video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QkqmMlkpxo...
