You might want to check out/contact Synergy Guitars. They seem to sell some custom truss rod covers for PRS guitars. Might be what you are after. (Didn't see the Silver Sky on their website but I didn't do a deep dive.)

Well I was torn between the Mira and SE Hollowbody. Very similar to the one in a post by Sai. (NGD x2 Finally got my McCarty) I figure I will get the itch on that one again at some point.
