Is the studio floor concrete? I added two outlets to the floor of my music room, but it’s a conventional perimeter foundation. You can do the same with a concrete floor of course by it’s exponentially more expensive.

And I bet it plays and sounds as good as it looks, if not better. Ahhh, PRS…

I have a 2016. It’s become my favorite guitar. More Les Paul than most Les Pauls with a very useful coil split tone.

My 2022 CU24 has cracks in the finish. I still love to play it but the cracks are unsightly. I was disappointed considering what I paid for it. My first PRS, a 1999 CU22 is still perfect, less some minor play wear. Oh well.

1980. Still have the Yamaha acoustic I started with. After 43 years I should play better.

I own a 2016 DC 594. It’s an extremely versatile guitar. Classic LP tones and usable coil split tones. Worth the price of admission and then some.

I still have a Jackson Warrior. Love that beast. The compound radius neck is awesome.
