Well it took awhile but, NGD

I thought about it but do I have to send it back or is it done local?

Well it took awhile but, NGD

Sure will, as soon as the sun makes another appearance.

Well it took awhile but, NGD

I ordered a S2 McCarty 594 in Burnt Amber right before the Covids shut things down and settled in for a long wait, but I've had it now for a few months and love it. It's in the neighborhood of my Les Paul with 57 Classics but a lot more comfortable to play and so has taken the spot on the wall...

S2 Mira--the good and the bad

The S2s are far from glorified SEs, they're also not a Core but their own unique guitar in the PRS stable. Never a problem with tuning.

So Wrong on So Many Levels

The last thing I'd associate with this guano is TSO.

S2 Mira--the good and the bad

I've had mine for two years and it's still the first guitar I grab for practice or playing out. Weight is fantastic and welcome especially if I've been playing my Les Paul, it stays in tune and is incredibly stable. So far the only problem I had was with the notorious volume control which was a...

Do you prefer SE or Core series?

"business forever always says and says it with great emotion everytime " most guitar players chose a guitar with their eyes not their ears " I agree with that but you also select a guitar with your hands. Inexpensive guitars are great and very usable, but the feel of the rolled edges on my...

    Speaking Of Talent...

No. Randy California wrote a song titled Taurus which used a descending line similar but not the same as SWTH. LZ toured as Spirit's opener and Taurus was played live where Page may have heard it. Randy died while trying to save his son from drowning so it's Randy's family or estate doing the...

    Speaking Of Talent...

I have to think learning and absorbing all those songs in Hamburg may have helped. Take that and being in a band of song writers along with some good old hard work and you have a great recipe for talent. And even with talent great songs don't usually just happen in a shot but are worked on over...

    How do you practice?

Record your practice sessions. I'm finding that next to in person lessons or being in a band that recording a practice is great feedback. I learned basic music theory in high school and it was one of the things that never got in the way of my playing. It's language that musicians can convey...

    Speaking Of Talent...

"Oh, Crikey! I wasn't on 'You Really Got Me,' but I did play on the Kinks' records. That's all I'm going to say about it. But every time I do an interview, people ask me about 'You Really Got Me.' So maybe somebody can correct Wikipedia so people won't keep asking me." Jimmy Page. Wishing Well...

    Speaking Of Talent...

Page was in the right place, at the right time, with the right set of skills, the right people and a vision of what he wanted. LZ was not a happy accident like many bands but something that was really put together by one guy.

    Speaking Of Talent...

I have to think that the frequency of album releases in the 60's may have forced a bit of creativity with some bands or at least allow performers to get several albums out when a band is at their creative peak.

    Disturbing "Undercover Boss" Episode

In the distant past Peavey was all about tough, well built products at a good price. Really good value. Somewhere along the way they lost that thread which was made them to begin with.

Is the s2 series a coil split or tap

Love the Ibanez Super Tap 6 pickups they used in some of their SSS guitars in the early 80's. Untapped the pickup was thick but defined, tapped it was fully in Strat land.
