Yes, but I didn’t mean the resistor on the volume pot, but the resistor and capacitor on the pickups. This hasn’t been discussed yet, as far as I know.

It’s actually a kind of dead spot, a frequency which gets absorbed by the guitar to a greater extent than others.

But this is one of the problems which is easily fixable (most of the time) and quite normal for bolt-on guitars.

The timeframe is unknown. I haven‘t found any pictures on the internet that show this setup of the pickups.
