It seems to me that it would be new to see the euro-uk endeavour expand and have PRS train more techs up to their standard. Also surely it could be a new revenue stream if the operation became as well respected as its US counterpart.
I would definitely rather pay a slight premium to have a PRS...
No doubt your right as the more I think about t there is a pronounced drop in volume.
Have you looked into an upgrade in pups or are you happy with the he stock s2's?
I've seen some conflicting info on this. It feels like a tap as I don't really get any hum when not in the humbucker mode.
I think ink it sounds nice and one of the more usable split/tap sounds I've heard but does any one have any suggestions for a more single coil sound.
the tones Simon...
Thanks everybody, do you think it would be within their remit to do minor jobs like rewiring and upgrading electronics or should that just be left to local techs?
i agree cshore, aesthetically the squabbins are much better looking to my eye.
Has anybody stuck them in the s2 series and did they fit? I really fancy a set of the 59/09s but am worried they will sit too high in my s2 cu24.
Yeah, I'm in Scotland, brand new to prs with an S2 cu24. Loving it but wanted to update the wiring to that of the core line with the 5 way blade and pickup config.
Although there are a couple of techs around my neck of the woods I've heard mixed reviews.
Hi folks,
has as anyone in the uk had work done by a PRS authorised tech. I do trust a couple of techs in the area but just wondered if anyone had any recommendations?
Thanks guys
