Can we show so love for 4 x 10, or is it just me that prefers that extra treble that requires me to roll off the treble in the amp and may be the guitar (rarely). IMHO, every control in a passive tonal circuit is no more than a treble roll-off.

Yes Slang, you are being unreasonable. What you should do, since you got guitar supposedly at a deep discount, sent it to the PRS PTC for a complete setup. I believe the DC3 has a bolt on neck. As such if something majorly needs to be done they can rework it. Guitar should be under warranty...

The PTC does a great job. 59/09s in the Seafoam JH. Miras in the Santana.

PRS strings, to me, have a little less tension and little mellower sound, than the std EXL 110s.

No strap locks used here.
