I have a CU22 that I believe is from 2015 and the binding is noticeably darker than the binding on my 2021 594. Just curious if they darken over time or just differences in the wood or finish?
I have a McCarty 594 singlecut and the ring around the pickup switch gets loose every few days. I tighten it with my thumb but loosens up again. Anyone have a better way to tighten these a bit more so they stay snug?
I know the CU24 is considered their flagship but I would think the CU22 would be up there. I have one and it's definitely one of my favorites. I do not own a 24 fret guitar and strongly prefer a 22. Let's hope they're just revamping the 22 now and we'll see an update!
LOL I will. I'm honestly hoping that this is the design of the new CU22 as I really prefer the McCarty switching. Like I said, there are a few of these on Reverb so it has me wondering.

The custom 22 is no longer on the website and I thought they weren't being produced right now, but see some new ones on Reverb. Incidentally, they have McCarty style switching which I really like. Are they re-introducing the 22 with that update? Anyone know what's going on or are these just 1...

I have a 2015 Custom 22 and every week or so I notice at least 1 of the screws that hold the saddles to the bridge are starting to come out and I need to tighten them which I'm sure is throwing off the intonation. Anyone experience this? Is this a known issue?
