The SE Tremonti bobbins are black glossy plastic and both are black. The USA Tremonti come bass is chrome covered and the treble has a matte PRS bobbin cover on it like all the other USA made PRS uncovered humbuckers.
So if its matte and uncovered in black, its probably a USA. I am not sure...
