Try taking out the neck pickup and rotating it 180 degrees and put it back in and see how it sounds, you can do the same with the bridge pup if it works. Did for me in a LP.

Yes weight does impact on the sound, I am lucky to have two guitars from the same maker, same spec but one is 1lb lighter than the other.... of course they look different, they are a different burst, how else would you get permission to buy them both :) Both made by Momose in Japan same...

Has anyone else found the nut on this guitar uncomfortable to hold when playing open chords on the first few frets? It is straight and sharp on both edges that align with the neck, not rounded like the Hollow body or SC58 that I have. Is this a design feature or is it a faulty nut that has got...

To me it would be Sound, and weight. I have two Momose LP (same model one year apart) the weight and the sound influence which one is my favourite, one is 1Lb lighter. Or just get them both.

I believe that this is a design feature of PRS guitars and all 3 of my core guitars are impacted by the dimmer switch in the house. I have a few Japanese guitars and none of them have this issue. I have reported it to PRS and they had a look but stated that the guitar was to specification.

Don't sell it, change it, three sounds and tone control.

Explain how a £200 Harley Benton, made who knows where, does not have this issue but a CORE 594 made in the US does ? It is fixable and based on the price of the Harley Benton it is not expensive.

We all know that home dimmer Light switches can sometimes interfere with your electric guitar. It buzzes like it is not earthed correctly and as soon as you touch any of the metal parts of the guitar it goes away. Or if you switch off the dimmer switch, yes it is true and I wanted to know if...

I did exactly that myself on a PRS SE One, I also added Tone and 3 way Coil split switch. There are no spaces but it would be frightening doing it on an expensive guitar.

Do they weigh the same? That may be the reason.

I have a blue one as well, it is simply the best guitar ever. Everything about it just sounds and feels right....and it looks great.
