Finally I dared to do it by myself and even though I had to sand the wood a bit to get a correct height, I did not have to cut the nut. My guitar has gained much more clarity and most of the sympathetic noise of the strings is gone. What a way to start the year! Thank you all <3

But I mean... If I install my tusq xl, I need to adjust the slots due to the 20" radius ?? I'm Spanish and don't understand very well the technical language :(

May I ask about which nut do you put in!? Si 20” radius? Do you have to make any adjustment!? Thanks

I adjust the neck to .010 at 8th fret And the string heigth too due to prs instructions but seems a little high to me , specially the high ones!! If I play on the lower strings the highs make string noises, like I'm playing without any string muting with my hands, like a child learning to play!!

Same with mine and the push/pull tone!! I tuned mine in drop D with 10-42 strings and I feel the string a little high ! Any recommendations??
