    I have a 2012 (according to the hang tag), and same thing...serial number is faded badly. Cherry red w/rosewood board. I love it! I've got to figure out why it keeps popping the D string though. Maybe I should change the strings more often.

    I found the rattle...isolated it down to the cone dust cap on the speaker. Where it's glued to the speaker...there's about an inch long area where it's come unglued and vibrates.

    Hey guys, Would the gain structure/eq controls on this amp be considered "casgading"? If I want to emphasize upper mids, would I use less mid eq and more treble or presence, or more mids control?

    My New PRS NF3 - Love it

    I picked up a used one (cherry red) a couple of years ago...without playing it first. I love it! One of my favorites for sure. The neck felt good to me immediately, and I really like the Narrowfields.
