It shows remarkably little evidence of having been played. The guy I bought it from told me he hardly ever touched it and the original owner must have forgotten he had it :D Pretty pristine for a 20 year old guitar.
As much as it pains me to be separated from her, she goes in tomorrow for a...
Cool score! Hope you warm up to the neck. I feel you though, I’ve moved several guitars lately primarily because I wasn’t playing them due to the neck shape.
Because of the pickup configuration and switching, the SE SAS can get much more Strat or Tele like than either of the others, while still kicking ass as a dual-humbucker guitar. Not a better or worse thing, just different. The SAS also has more "snap" to my ears than a Cu24 or a Standard.

Crap, I was hoping someone else would ask the stupid question. OK, why not...
Are you talking about the thumbscrews for the locking tuners that lock the string in place, or the screws than mount the tuner to the back of the headstock?
If it's the locking tuner screws, I wouldn't Loctite...
There is no linear concept of time which can accurately pinpoint a specific moment at which I began playing. I just sort of eased into it over 40 years or so.
