have to agree! I sold mine beauty 2011 cu24 10top and after a year I realized I'm still missing it. And I decided to try se. Now I have SE CU24 trampas green. I have to say it plays great, if not better than core version. I do not regret the swap at all!

well thank you for this information. it it is as you're stating then the rosewood fretboard is top notch! You may be right as the flame tops are getting more contrast too after the treatment and aplying coating layers. And yes it is coated.

I agree to keep rosewood undyed whatever color it is. It is ridiculous to me.

I have cu24se 2018 too. bought a new one. the fretboard looks very dark like some kind of top grage rosewood but I'm pretty suspicious it is dyed as the edges are not that dark as the top layer. however it does not leaving stains on my fingers. I gave it lemon oil treatment during the tuners...
