    PRS CE24 - Saddles Upgrades

I bought the complete bridge. MannMade USA "PRS/MANN" Vibrato Bridge - Nickel Arm Tip Color: Black for $200. The arm is larger in diameter and I think the knife edge is better on John Mann’s bridge. Comes with new springs, plate, knife edge screws, etc. It was a good upgrade for my CE24.

Could you help me choose attenuator for mt15?

I use my Two Notes Torpedo Reload on my 130 Watt Peavey. Works very well at any power I want to drive it (up to 150 W). I just turn the Two Notes way down and enjoy my amp.

PRS color advertised not what you get

That certainly is not Sapphire...it is green. I would have been disappointed as well.

PRS color advertised not what you get

Perhaps if you cannot go and see it in person, have the salesperson snap a photo with their phone and send it to you. My CE24 (Amber) matched perfectly what the factory showed. I bought mine local from a dealer and did go in person to play and view it. I certainly would not write off a...

    NAD: Positive Grid Spark 40

Update. Mine was scheduled for mid-August delivery. Received it yesterday. Positive Grid has swung the other way on over promising. I got an email from Fedex on Monday, so I knew it was coming. Positive Grid sent me an email the day it arrived. It is a very nice amplifier for the cost...

    NAD: Positive Grid Spark 40

I ordered one on July 3rd. The CEO has committed to better communications and shipping on all orders. Mine is suppose to ship mid-August. I have a tube output 130w Peavey and a tube preamp 75W Marshall. I needed a lower powered practice amp. The modeling and jamming features of the Spark...

    Best lockdown purchase

I purchased my first PRS, CE24 as well as everything else to get started back into playing. I also purchased a Mannmade bridge, what a difference in quality! The OEM is still a good bridge, I wanted a US machined made one. Easy to install, makes a difference in setup and tone. Took the...

Shawn's 15 Year Employee Guitar, Start To Finish

I stumbled across this thread. WOW! First congratulations on your length of service at PRS and second, that is a sweet guitar! I would be tempted to have the owl inlaid in the truss cover. As a first time PRS owner, I am so impressed with the quality of the guitars. Seems to me PRS has...

    What constitutes a new guitar?

I owe you all an update. After much consideration, I decided I wanted to keep the guitar. I did a little research on the store and this salesperson, I found perhaps 3 so so reviews out of 50 high reviews and those bad ones were minor. The salesperson I was doing business with was highly...

    What constitutes a new guitar?

Well I feel better that most here feel it is a used guitar and I should have been told the history. I am waiting for a call from the store, I will call them in a couple of hours if I do not hear from them. I have had two guitars that spoke to me (out of perhaps 19 that I've owned), my first...

    What constitutes a new guitar?

That is good to know on the PTC. The guitar came setup for 10's according to the factory tag. When I played, big box stores and online just was not a factor. Things have changed for sure. Good point on number 1. I could use the difference to put a MannMade bridge on! It really is a nice...

    What constitutes a new guitar?

My apologies for the long story, I have to setup the situation a little. I went to pickup my "new" PRS CE24 Amber today. Purchased yesterday and picked it up today after setup with my choice of strings (not really). Curbside only due to CoVid 19 restrictions. Got it home and while playing...
