This thread kind of mixed up with the discussion about the Wood Library 594s that Chuck Levins has. The Private Stock McCarty that I got from Sweetwater only has 1 tone and 1 volume control.

That’s what I was thinking. Nothing about this guitar is really 594 specs except the 2 piece bridge.

Since you said that, I compared mine to a custom 24 that I know for sure is a pattern thin. I now think my hang tag is wrong. Oh well I still love the guitar. I didn’t even ask what the neck carve was when I bought because I had assumed it would be pattern vintage like all other 594s.

I asked the SW rep before purchasing and they said it was a 25” scale length. It does have push/pull.

Sweetwater was a little misleading with their listing. The CoA says McCarty, not 594. All of the specs are from a McCarty except the bridge.

I can’t read the truss rod cover but that sure looks like a Joe Walsh 594.

This looks like one Musician’s Friend had.

Not sure if anyone is still looking for one of these new but MF/GC has 2 in stock. They had 3 but I grabbed one. They don’t have photos posted online but I had the rep send me some of all 3. If anyone is interested I can post them.
