If I was not going with 57/08s I would go with the Porter Anthems.
Brian will overwind the bridge for you if you want a little more from your bridge.
He can even do the gold pole pieces with a brushed nickel cover to match or keep the same aesthetic as some of Prs pickups with that color scheme.
Since you bought it used. Is the tremolo setup to the PRS factory specs? Parallel with the body etc? As explained here https://support.prsguitars.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408309706779-PRS-Tremolo
If the previous owner messed with the trem, spring tension, etc it could be sitting at an odd angle...
Looking on the PRS website it looks like they might be going back to the bigger brass block saddles on the newer 594 models?

As with LP's you can really hone in on warmth vs snap of pick attack etc with various saddle types.

I have 57/08s in an HBII and I do enjoy them in that guitar. Good suggestion as well, as I can find them with covers :D
