Thanks for all the replies so far. So, in my search, I noticed that there is a Sonzera line of amps, and they have a 20 watt combo that has caught my eye. How does it stack compared to the Archon? I could easily run it to my 1x12 at home, and it would be easier to tote to lessons as well...

I brought home the Archon 50 today. It’s a hell of an amp, and while I liked the MT, the Archon just sounded better to my ears. Right now it’s paired up with a Mojotone Canyon 1x12 with V30. Eventually I’ll get a 2x12 or even 4x12, but for now it’ll do. I’ll be spending some time with it...

Anyone use a Mojotone cab? They make a 112 called the beefy that you can get with the EMI Legend EM12 for a very nice price...

I thought so too, and finally was able to get one. But for some reason it didn’t do it for me; to my ears the V30s just had too much mid spike.

I’ll def give that a go. Always liked the Avatars. Years back I had one of their 2x12s loaded with a Swamp Thing and Texas Heat combo.
