    Hi, I'm looking for opinions on gloss v satin body finish on the ce24. No ce24 stock available in any stores near me so I'm heading towards an online buy, but there is a significant price difference in the UK between the two finishes. Any noticeable difference in tone? Etc.

    Agree with you about the taller frets, I always prefer them, radius isn't as big an issue for me but as the silver sky is a signature model I think it's unlikely they would alter these specs unless they bring out a new version without any links to John Mayer

    Thanks for your help. My strat is an American professional so quite a modern feeling guitar. I need to try a SS as the vintage frets were my biggest concern, but I'm in the UK and it's difficult to find anything in stock in stores local to me
