Thanks for the info. Now I have found the exact same guitar but with the 85/15 pickups in it, which I also don't know much about. So now I need to figure out which pickup I prefer lol. Which is kind of hard not having the opportunity to see or hear in person first.

So the main difference is that these will be a little hotter output?

Hello guys, I have been checking out a guitar and it is listed as having 58/15 MT pickups. I have heard of the 58/15 LT in the 594, but what does the MT stand for? When you google, there is nothing really mentioning it. It is in the 24/08 model I am looking at. Anyone know?

Sweetwater has some semi hollow custom 24s that are sub 7 pounds.

I'm not usually a big fan of fat neck shapes, but I will say that I loved the neck of the 594. And I usually prefer a thinner neck.

I just wait can't wait to hear about the Mayer strat. That guitar sounds so good.
