My Tremonti's loaded with HFS and i love'em. Sure they can be a bit harsh but they sound so crisp and every tone rings out perfect.

Different beasts. You'd be better of comparing the gibson to a Sc instead. The CU22 is a modern super strat combining the best from F&G with a modern sound.

Another SC250 or a SC245!
