How about Psychology of Guitar Face.

That I really don’t get. I mean I understand looking a little high. But looking like you’re pooping?
I LOLd because the first thing that came to mind was Johnny Demarco's face when he does those Boss pedal demos.

If I remember correctly he came from a music college where they probably had a very regimented practice schedule.
Also, Zappa. Pretty much anyone who has ever played with Zappa is next echelon good, and they are because they're disciplined about practice.

There's no way I can practice 8 hours a day, even on the weekends. I have a day job 5 days a week, and lately can barely keep up with that. My last lesson, I actually asked my teacher how to practice. (And to his credit, he gave me a very good curriculum, not just scales and chord progressions.)
