Posted this video in a tuner thread too, very good info.
I have this Peterson tuner, but am not using it as I use the Polytune II tuners.
But if I learn to intonate, I would use the Peterson.
This guy explains very easily how to intonate.

This just popped up in my subs today from Sweetwater.

Now that I know how to do this, I am going to check a few of mine over the weekend.
The 2012 SE Santana stays out at home all the time now, and I will be getting the 408 out Friday.
Gotta dig out the Peterson and throw a 9V battery in it.

You know what would be nice, and I asked Shawn about this last year.
PRS should make some updated videos for "how to" intonate, truss rod adjustments, pickup height, etc.
Would be nice to go to one spot on their site, or a sticky in the guitar section here with some videos of PRS guitars.
They could shoot some cool videos in the setup section in the factory.

Well I guess for now we could put some tips in this thread, and this one is even a PRS.
This one was just uploaded today too.

How to make a quick neck adjustment

For most guitars (but not all!) remember good ole' "lefty, loosey, righty, tightey". This is when sighting down the neck, towards the bridge, like the guy does in the video. To loosen a truss rod will bow the neck, or increase relief (raise action) And to tighten the neck will backbow it, which will decrease relief, or lower action.
