Serial number CE 24

Hi,

I’m new on this forum so maybe it looks a bit strange I ask you guys for help from day one. I purchased a CE 24 from (what I could tell) 1990. There’s no serial number on the headstock, only on the backplate of the body. I hope it’s legit!

Seems like you can’t see the the pictures in the post I made a few minutes ago.

As far as I can read, the SN is 073012?

That would be a 1990 CE. I should know, I just got one myself...

And yeah, only the very first CEs had SNs on the neck - within a very short time (months or weeks) the SNs were on the neck plates.

Thanks. She’s quite heavy too! So she seems legit?!
I bought it for 1000€. A few dings and dongs but still a good guitar!

Next time you change string, pull each one as tight as you can before turning the tuning knob to lock them.
