SE Trem arm question

I seem to have a hard time keeping the trem arm in on my SE Custom 24. I don't have it in very often, but there are times I do use it a little. It tends to fall out, even when in a normal seated playing position.

Is there a trick I'm missing to keeping it in?

Small hex key needs tightening. It's behind the bridge next to the intonation screws
