No, just refund. I did think about that though. I'm a little disappointed about the whole thing at the moment if I'm honest. I wouldn't rule out getting another in the future as I did really like the sound / feel, but I'd want to play it first. Based on all the feedback and other forums it sounds like this isn't a normal experience...
