I've recently decided to try a Lace humbucker in the bridge position of my 2007 CU24/10 using the stock 5 pos rotary and I'm wanting to keep the stock PRS neck pickup as well (Vintage bass?). I've been reading in various places that mixing PRS pickups with the stock 5 way can be tricky because there is a pickup polarity factor to be considered. Some online sources indicate that flipping the magnet of one of the pickups might be in order but the lace is potted in epoxy. Do I need to flip the magnet of the Vintage Bass in order to combine it with the Lace Drop and Gain using the stock 5 way rotary?
