I noticed the pins in the bridge run deep into the bridge and my pin removal device can't get under them?? What's the solution?? Push from inside the soundhole maybe?? I usually change 2 strings at a time I'd have to take em all off the go that route if it even works...thoughts...

Push them out from the inside.
You won’t have to take them all off. With a bit of slack in three strings, you should be able to reach in and push them out.
