Question about e-mails

Hi, I'm not sure this is the right place to ask questions about the forum engine, if there's a better place, please let me know!

Is there anyway to disable alert e-mails? I'd like to keep my alerts to keep track of what's happening, but I didn't like to receive an e-mail everytime. Is there a way to set it up like this?

Click on your user name in the upper right corner. Then click on Preferences. On that page, under Options, clear the checkmark for and receive email notifications of replies. That should take care of it.

Thanks, I tried that yesterday but I'm still getting e-mails. Maybe that's not working or something.

First time around I didn't LOL but then I saw the button and clicked it. But after a couple e-mails, I now seem to not be getting any. I think it was just some delay or e-mails that were already on the way.
