Something small like incresed mass on a screw is gonna make a difference but it wont be enough to make it noticeable. A different amp and a good compressor will do more to make a noticeable difference in sustain than screws will. Ive never heard any PRS with sustain that was lacking.

When my guitar comes to me have some less sustain than I expected but I put the guitar on hands of my Luthier and he makes setup and explain to me all about my guitar. Now sound amazing and have great sustain . Korina wood is more resonant than Mahony also have more low and top end and less midrange. But resonant frequency is opposity kill the same sustain frequency. For example my guitar resonate o Eb is the note with less sustain. But this happens in all guitar even in 10000$ guitar.
