I had purfling on the fretboard plus matching hog back plates. LOVING the color!

Interesting. I have never seen a recess in the headstock overlay for a truss rod cover on a PRS headstock, yet here are two in the same day!

Do you remember the Hiland signature model? It had a recessed TRC so Johnny could bend the strings behind the nut.
I'm concerned about those crooked frets. Come on people!

Except mine is supposed to have the sides and neck toned purple to match the top and back. Does that happen after the base coat is applied?

I’ve only seen that on fanfretted models, such as the one you’re describing.
