Pre-wired Harness/Pickups for PRS SE 245

Will a Pre-wired Harness for a Les Paul be the same for the SE 245??
Pickups that are not too Hot, creamy smooth and fat and more chime/sparkly suggestions??

Do not know about the wire harness, but the PRS 57/08 pickups cover a lot of vintage tone with good warmth and clarity. Check them out.

You will probably have to swap the tone and volume pot positions since PRS have both volumes at top and tone below where Les Pauls have Volumes and tones side to side. You might like the Les Paul positions better, but I find PRS easier even though I had a Les Paul long before my PRS. Possibly some other mods in the PRS circuitry if they did any coil tapping resistors or treble shenanigans.

I understand the original question but maybe start by just changing out pickups first. See if this will work before changing out the complete harness unless there are other problems. Its quite tuff to figure out what pickup would be best for you and your tastes as everyone's styles are different. Good luck.
