Hi Guys,

I recently had my 2012 Lefty Custom 24 in to a tech for a setup.

It came back with the bridge tilted slightly forward. I was always on the understanding that the trem angle needed to be completely level with the body?.

The first pic shows how it is now after it came back from the tech, the second pic is me pressing down on the back of the trem to level it up with the body. There is some slight tuning instability at the moment and I was wondering if getting it a bit more level will help with that?. Does anyone know the definitive answer to this question?.

Tighten the trem claw screws in back.
Tighten each Trem claw screw slightly. Equally.
Retune.
Tighten.
Retune.
Etc. until its level.

Thanks Fro.

I can do that easily enough.

So you are saying it should be level?.

Cheers

Yep, level and about 1/16th of an inch above the body. Not hard to set.
