It would take a lot of routing. I am also not sure if the studs in the body are the same exact distance apart. You may be able to use the system they use in the Hollow body SE. It is still going to be a ton of routing.

Not that I am aware of. You would have to look into something like Graph Tech Piezo saddles. There have been some people install those on PRS guitars, even the trem models.
