My dad was from Connecticut (Ansonia) and my brother is in Uncasville. Ok place to go, but wouldn't choose to live there.

I would’ve suggested Sebastopol CA, where wine meets weed, is next door to Mesa/Boogie, and where the flower industry is but.... 400k doesn’t even buy you a tent in a Target parking lot.
