Newbie with questions about SE custom 24

I'm looking at SE custom 24's.I see some with binding on the body and neck,and some without.I see some with toggle switches, and some with selector switches.Are these just cosmetic differences ,or a difference in the models ?


P.S. I tried the search option,but didn't find what I was looking for.

The new 2017 SE Custom 24 has a selector switch with Paul's signature on the headstock, some guitar stores have special limited edition models only offered at their store. The only difference is that they have different cosmetic like finishes, or binding, hardware is the same. SweetWater has some killer exclusives like rosewood tops and a quilt maple top thats killer! I'd recommend the 2017 for having the SE version of 85/15 which are great pickups and a more traditional prs look!
