I’m surprised 11Top didn’t list this one...
Todd Kerns, bassist for Slash and guitarist/vocalist for the all-Canadian group Tuque. Skip to 7:36 to hear their cover of Saga’s On the Loose (one of my favs). FYI, we were standing 10’ directly in front of him at this show.
But if you listen here, he’s nailing all of the upper register vocals behind Myles...

It’s hard to beat Lou Gramm, one of the all-time greats, but Kelly Hansen does a formidable job. This guy can sing:

poor guy basically has to sing at a 40-year high school reunion every night, and makes a fun show of it. foreigner’s touring keyboardist is also great.
