I've instal an undersaddle pickup. The lollipop stick seems to be a standard procedure to install regardless if electronics are install or not down the line. It serves as a cable retainer from the controls that are put near the sound hole.

OK, that makes sense.

Ha! Good comparison. Though those are pretty slick too.

5 months now with my '13 SE Angelus Custom and I still can't put the thing down. And everyone who has heard is gobsmacked by the tone of this guitar (less so with the guitarist, though he's getting better ).
