So, I drove up to the factory on Thursday and picked up my baby from Shawn. The PTC did a just incredible job.

I have the most amazing refret, new hand cut bone nut, and mini toggles to allow for a hum/split combo in the middle main toggle position.

I can't say enough good things about the PTC! The guitar is even better than it was - wihich doesn't seem possible!

No luck on the archives. With the pandemic, PRS is taking every precaution to keep their employees safe and keeping the factory closed to non-employees.
