Got My 5th PRS - May Put in New Pickups? Questions.

They sell drop in wiring kit for the 594 series. Be aware that tone pots will hang higher but I never minded it. Made grabbing to split so easy. And I think the drop in pickup selector for single cuts will not work for s2 tops. Need a different washer system to grab it. Those are available on stew mac but such a hassle. Easier to get a short switchcraft and call it a day.
Who make the drop in kits? I'm also not going to install a coil split as I think I'm going to run it like a vintage LP

I'd redo the wiring too the volume taper and switch is worth it all day.

If you don't do PRS, RS guitarworks is a solid option.

PRSs makes drop in pots that come pre-wired with resistors and capacitors. Cost is $100. If you don’t want to split then I would go a cheaper route. PRS splits are good.
