Just received a email back from PRS about the Singlecut and here's their reply:

Hello,


Thank you for writing PRS Guitars. This appears to be part of a run down for one of our dealers that was a 2010 SC 245, figured artist grade maple top, Madagascar rosewood neck with a wide/fat carve, Madagascar rosewood fretboard, mother of pearl bird inlays, Burnt Orange finish with 59/09 pickups.
