Chester Bennington of Linkin Park Commits Suicide

Yeah, just saw this. Very sad. My wife and I had been looking into seeing a Linkin Park concert at some point...

This is really a shame. I don't know much about him but he was interviewed in a documentary I watched recently. Seemed like a smart, engaging and interesting guy.

Sad. Sucks. I wasn't really a fan. I did see LP at a festival several years ago. I wasn't too pumped up for them other than Mike primarily playing PRS at that time. I walked away pretty impressed. They put on a great show. I had great seats so I could actually visibly see them playing their guitars, etc. They displayed more talent than I expected. They made a non-fan enjoy the show, Chester played a part in that. I feel for his family, friends and bandmates.

He and Chris Cornell were good friends, so it makes sense that he did it on Mr. Cornell's birthday.
