apologies in advance as I’m sure this has been covered, but are core phase IIs a direct fit to the new ce24?

Thanks

The big difference (besides manufacturer I think?) is the lack of a screw, with the S2/CE tuners having a pin to keep 'em from moving. I seriously doubt you'd be gaining much from the swap.

I've saw a post from someone at PRS soon after the S2 series came out that there's no benefit to upgrade the S2/CE tuners to core tuners.

Yeah, I'd say zero benefit whatsoever. They are essentially the same as the Core version, just with a pin instead of a screw for stability. Great tuners.

If you really feel like you have to throw money at it, buy a MannMade bridge.
