Best approach to touch up topcoat flake spot on new PRS Nitro over CAB finish????

Have a 2020 PRS guitar with very small area where the very thin top coat of nitro flaked off from the bottom color CAB coat on the mahogany neck.
Its smooth. It was kind of an odd small blister area.

What is best way to approach this?

I had some earlier V12 finishes where PRS had issues with flaking also which was a well known issue.
This finish is different.

I have contacted PRS but no reply which is odd as they usually are great in responding.
