Advice on a PRS S2 Singlecut Standard

I'm looking at picking up a used PRS S2 single cut standard that has some damage to the bottom of the guitar. It has a large chip of paint missing that exposes the wood. Does anyone have any insight on pricing this S2?

I think that's fair, but I wouldn't bother personally. You can get nice ones for not a whole lot more. I had to practically give mine away and it was in very good shape.
